The Spokane Police Department seeks the community’s assistance in locating a 33-year-old man who is missing and may be in peril.

Paxson Matthews, who arrived in Spokane around September 12, was last seen near the intersection of North Division and West North River Drive. Paxson faces significant challenges, as he is legally blind and deaf, has difficulty speaking, and experiences serious mobility issues due to multiple disabilities that necessitate medical attention.

He stands 5’11 tall, weighs about 125 pounds, and has distinctive brown hair and blue eyes. A prominent zigzag-shaped scar runs from ear to ear across his face.
